Report League Violations
Coaches are often the first to notice league rule violations, roster concerns, sportsmanship issues, or officiating trends. When appropriate, please use the GNLL reporting tools below. Reporting concerns helps the league identify issues, enforce policies consistently, and improve the experience for all players, coaches, officials, and families.
Game incident report
Use this form to report GNLL rule violations, sportsmanship concerns, or other game-related incidents that may require league review or follow-up.
Please note: ejections do not need to be submitted through the Incident Report Form, as they are already reported through the league's ejection process.
Report Roster Violation (12U/14U only)
Use this form to report concerns regarding roster compliance, player eligibility, or potential violations of GNLL roster rules at the 12U and 14U levels. Examples may include unrostered players participating in games, players competing on multiple teams in violation of league rules, or other roster-related concerns.

Referee Evaluation Form
Use this form to provide constructive feedback regarding officiating during a GNLL game. Feedback may include positive recognition, rules knowledge, game management, communication, professionalism, or other aspects of officiating performance.
