Team Manager Information

OVERVIEW

The Team Manager is an integral part of the team and serves as the key communicator to parents/guardians while providing organizational support for coaches throughout the season. This role represents the ROLAX mission at the team level and acts as the liaison between coaching staff, families, the ROLAX Board, and program partners.

BENEFITS FOR YOU

Serving as a Team Manager is a great way to step into a leadership role within the program. You’ll build strong connections with other families, support your player’s coaches, and play a meaningful part in creating a positive team experience. It’s one of the best ways to truly get to know your lacrosse community.

In addition, families who serve as Team Manager for the Spring/Summer season will have their volunteer requirement waived.
