Try Lacrosse For Free

First-time players aged 5-9 and those with limited experience will be introduced to the fundamentals of throwing, catching, scooping, cradling, and other basic skills. The goal of every clinic is for players to learn the game in a fun, low-pressure environment.

Please note these sessions are reserved strictly for NEW players that have never been part of a lacrosse team.

Experienced players age 9 and up should register for our skills sessions.

My child is age 10 (or older). Can the participate in Try Lacrosse Free sessions?

Our Try Lacrosse free sessions are meant for younger first time players. If you have an older first time player, please email us at info@rogersotsegolax.com for options.

What happens at a Try Lacrosse Free Clinic?

Participants will learn basic techniques for cradling, scooping, passing, and catching from coaches, experienced players, and/or board members in a fun, non-contact, low-pressure environment.

Can I register for more than one session?

Yes! Registration is required but new players can attend one or more sessions.

What equipment should I bring?

Tennis shoes. Sticks will be available for players to use, but can bring their own if they choose.

Can parents observe?

Yes! Parents are welcome to stay during the session, observe, and ask questions.
